As a retired pastor of over 40 years in experience in smaller, medium-size and larger congregations, I understand only too well the challenges you face, the demands placed upon you, and the deep sense of responsibility you carry. I can offer a listening ear and words of encouragement. More importantly, I can help evoke awareness in you so
you can achieve greater clarity of the possibilities and challenges in your own life and ministry and help you envision ways to address them.

I firmly believe that pastors can benefit from a having an effective conversation partner,  to walk with them in their   journey toward more effective leadership,  and to help them thrive both  professionally and personally.

 

In addition to individual group coaching, I also facilitate Pastors Coaching Groups. The members of the group become conversation partners for each other to help each other grow.

 

Lastly, I work with pastors and local church leaders with training and coaching to assist their congregations to  transition from a top heavy, complicated structure to a more streamlined, simplified, accountable one that involves
fewer people in governance, sets more people free for hands-on ministry, and provides better focus on missional

objectives.
